returns & refunds
for purchases made in our shops, we can accept returns or exchanges for store credit only, with receipt, on items in original packaging and in resellable condition, within 14 days of purchase. 

sale items
all sales are final on any sale items and no returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted.

gifts
if you received an item as a gift and want to exchange it for a different item, send us an email at osuznews@gmail.com or come into the shop and we will provide an exchange or return for store credit.
