Made from their custom blend of Nicaraguan beans. They oversee the entire pre and post harvest process - fermenting, drying, roasting, conching, tempering, pouring, moulding and finally delivering to our customers. Beans are ethically sourced and hand selected. The chocolate uses sunflower lecithin. Flavor notes are fruit forward, earthy and slightly acidic.
